Agreement between User and TheLifestyleBrand.Co 

Welcome to TheLifestyleBrand.Co. The TheLifestyleBrand.Co website (the "Site") is comprised of various web pages operated by The Lifestyle Brand Co LTD. TheLifestyleBrand.Co is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of TheLifestyleBrand.Co constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference. 

TheLifestyleBrand.Co is an E-Commerce Site. 

The Lifestyle Brand also is known as TLB sells home items such as drinkware, glassware, aprons, and candles. As well as homemade journals and planners. Stickers, Decals, totes, and graphic t-shirts. 

Electronic Communications 

Visiting TheLifestyleBrand.Co or sending emails to The Lifestyle Brand Co LTD constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. 

Children Under Thirteen 

The Lifestyle Brand Co LTD does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use TheLifestyleBrand.Co only with permission of a parent or guardian. 

Refund Policy 

We want to provide you with the best experience possible, so we take customer satisfaction very seriously.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unfortunately not able to offer refunds or exchanges. Products include: Candles, gift cards, candle accessories, wax melts (scent discovery set), and home goods. 

We want customers to be fully satisfied with the products, so if your merchandise is damaged during transit, please provide pictures of the damaged product(s), including packaging within 48 hours of delivery as noted by the carrier. Please email info@thelifestylebrand.co. After review we will replace the broken item(s) with the same item(s). If those item(s) are no longer available, then we will provide a refund.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

If you received the wrong item, please provide us with a picture of the item including an image of the product barcode.

For all claims please provide us with your order number.

We do not provide refunds or exchanges due to buyers remorse, change of mind or not liking the candle scent.  We do offer 1 ounce wax samples in our fragrance collection. Purchase our sample set so you can be  sure you love a fragrance before investing in a candle. 

In addition, we do not provide refund or exchanges due natural blemishes in the vessels or bumps in the wax.  All vessels are handmade. Variations are normal. Blemishes may be present. You may see paint variations. 

Canceling or Exchanges 

If you wish to cancel an order, or change it to something else, it must be completed before item(s) are shipped.

Wrong Address and "Return to sender"

We are not responsible for wrong address inputs, we auto generate and send our merchandise to the address the customer inputs into checkout. If you input the wrong address during checkout, or need it to be changed, please reach out to us so we can change it before we ship it. If the items are already shipped, but still in transit, please reach out to us, as well as, UPS or USPS (depending on the courier TLB sourced to ship your product)  to see what our options are. We are not responsible for shipping costs lost if the package is returned to sender.

The Linked Sites are not under the control of The Lifestyle Brand Co LTD and The Lifestyle Brand Co LTD is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. The Lifestyle Brand Co LTD is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by The Lifestyle Brand Co LTD of the site or any association with its operators. 

Certain services made available via TheLifestyleBrand.Co are delivered by third party sites and organizations. By using any product, service or functionality originating from the TheLifestyleBrand.Co domain, you hereby acknowledge and consent that The Lifestyle Brand Co LTD may share such information and data with any third party with whom The Lifestyle Brand Co LTD has a contractual relationship to provide the requested product, service or functionality on behalf of TheLifestyleBrand.Co users and customers. 

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use/Intellectual Property 

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use TheLifestyleBrand.Co strictly in accordance with these terms of use. As a condition of your use of the Site, you warrant to The Lifestyle Brand Co LTD that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not use the Site in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Site. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Site. 

All content included as part of the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Site, is the property of The Lifestyle Brand Co LTD or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights. You agree to observe and abide by all copyright and other proprietary notices, legends or other restrictions contained in any such content and will not make any changes thereto. 

You will not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found on the Site. The Lifestyle Brand Co LTD content is not for resale. Your use of the Site does not entitle you to make any unauthorized use of any protected content, and in particular you will not delete or alter any proprietary rights or attribution notices in any content. You will use protected content solely for your personal use, and will make no other use of the content without the express written permission of The Lifestyle Brand Co LTD and the copyright owner.
